SWAT and Green Berets are the same thing SWAT is urban or civilian the Green Beret is military. These are the people who do CQB (Close Quarters Battle) with one being military focused the other being law enforcement. The goal of the SWAT team is to get you into court and in front of a judge the goal of the Green Beret is neutralise the threat which may be you they have no intention of you having any day in court!
